Worked as a Project Expeditor and *Installation cum Inspection co-coordination in Foster Wheeler Asia Pacific Pte Ltd., Singapore, from July 07, 2008 – July 06, 2009.

July 2008 – Aug 2008   - Exxon Mobile

• Expedition work for getting materials from companies to the End user EXXON MOBIL.

Aug 2008 – March 2009    - GSK Wellcome group, Tuas site.

• Did inspection work for GSK site, for inspecting instruments, vessels, Heat Exchangers, Dry-Vacuums pumps & Handling the installation at site.
• Inspection of Boiler – Assembly according to the project requirement, Checking of the valves fixed, nameplate details.
• Carried out the inspection test as FAT, SAT and PAT for boilers, Compressor, motors.
• Demonstrating, co-coordinating and monitoring installation of boiler vessel at site in due respect to the scheduled time of the project.
• Worked on the over-all report management.

April 2009   - July 2009- Shell BRM

• As a *Turnover Engineer for Shell BRM project for the close out issues for all the orders. Along with the Expedition work for the same.
• PO close out for orders close to 400 including the documentation, delivery and the check for the certificates also the invoices included.

Worked as a Manufacturing Engineer in Manoj Industries, Udumalpet.

May 2005 – August 2006.

• As a Manufacturing Engineer for the manufacturing of bureaus, vendor satisfaction.
• I had a good exposure to 3D drawings and planning of the given work.
• Tools Used: CATIA V4, INVENTOR, Auto CAD.

• Manufacturing of a composite tank for the transportation of crude oil under Dr.Tim thon tat. The process of mixing of nano carbon fibers with epoxy at a high temperature and Pressure, so as to bring a composite which is stubborn enough for withstanding. Tools Used: CATIA V5, Mat lab.
• Analysis of various composite structures and their properties.
• Various Harmful Effects by the usage of Chemicals in industries.
• OEE – Overall Equipment Efficiency of Injection Molding machine in ROOTS Industries, Coimbatore. Increasing the efficiency of plastic Mold machines. Taking into consideration of Six-sigma concepts.
