WORKING EXPERIENCE IN HALEEB FOODS LTD:

Currently, I am providing my services as an Assistant Manager (as a head of purchase) in Haleeb Foods Limited Rahim Yar Khan Plant, since 1^st July 2005 on a permanent position and have been erect the plant of Rahim Yar Khan and now control all the purchasing function of Haleeb Foods Limited (including chemical, technical, mechanical engineering, stores & spares, civil & construction & also safety items purchases).  

Achievement in Haleeb Foods Limited (Erection of RYK-Plant):

Successful complete erection of Rahim Yar Khan Plant at my level best according to my job responsibilities and plant was commercially started on November 2005 after full devoted participation with technical team and management.

Achievement in Haleeb Foods Limited (Erection of Powder Plant):

Successfully participation in successful erection of new powder plant at Rahim Yar Khan; as a member of supply chain department all the mechanicals, electrical, instruments, spares related to new powder plant was arranged by me and now the latest powder plant is working and gave the commercial products in all over Pakistan and also abroad.

I have 07 years hands-on experience of Buying of Engineering, Civil, and Pneumatic, Electrical and safety I.e. 8000 items, using different software applications. 
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS:

Control the entire purchasing inventory through Oracle Finance (Data Inventory Program) 

Reviews requisitions and identifies potential vendors.  

Prepares Requests for Quotations based on specifications provided by purchase requisitions. 

Collect the quotation of all items from open market and through E-mail from All Big cities of Pakistan. 

Discuss with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery Schedule. 

Negotiation as Prices from Suppliers  

Making, summary of quotations on system, getting authorized from Controller /GMOand send it to Repair & Maintenance Engineer for recommendation.  

Generation of purchase order/Indent order on MFG. Program system (only raw material POs) and on Mp2 Oracle 8ii Program (Only Engineering, civil, safety, pneumatic and electrical Items PO's) and send the purchase order & delivery schedule to selected suppliers.  

Monitors delivery schedules and expedites on-time delivery of goods to users while working on numerous simultaneous purchasing transactions with multiple vendors  

Maintain procurement records such as vendor profiles, vendor Performance, goods/services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality, and inventories. 

Communicates issues and problems with orders to all affected departments, Management, Production, Controller, Engineers, Planner, and Engineering Stores as necessary 

Maintenance of purchase order in MFG. & Mp2. Oracle 8i program (Data Entry System) 

Preparation monthly purchases report. (By Date, by Vendor, by Inventory order)  

Prepare Monthly Saving Report. (MS-Excel oriented)

WORKING EXPERIENCE OIL PURCHASES (DALDA): 

I have also four years experience of purchases of washed cotton seed oil for our DALDA Product and have three years experience about market and Market Intelligence. 

RESPONSIBILITIES (OIL BENCH):

In season of cotton crop, purchases washed cotton seed oil and prepare the contract of washed cottonseed oil and issue to the parties.  

Prepare daily purchase report of washed cotton seed oil on computer & send through e-mail to chief buyer head office via AM. Buying RF OR controller Unilever-RF. 

Send oil tanker to the sellers, mills for lifting the contracted quantity of washed cotton seed oil. 

Send the weekly report of quantity received & quantity out stand against each contract through E-mail OR fax to raw material buyer & chief buyers, Planning-KF & Buying head office. 

Prepare complete purchase report of washed cotton seed oil (Town Wise/Supplier Wise) and send to the chief buyer head office. 

Maintain the all record of washed cotton seed oil purchase & sun flower seed oil purchases.
